Arrow provides extraordinary value to customers and suppliers - the best technology companies in the world - and connects them through the company's industry-leading services. **What You 'll Be Doing** * Manage A3 and F4 operations and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations. * Coordinate and communicate with customs brokers. * Daily reports on the operation coordination, Annex 24 (Inventory control), Annex 22 (Pedimentos). * IMMEX Operations. * Close communication with multiple areas. * Virtual operations for export processes. **What You 'll Need** * Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2–4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. * Experience with Annex 22 (Pedimentos) * Experience with IMMEX program. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; advanced English level. * Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel * Strong attention to detail. **Even better if you have:** * Experience with Oracle and Aranxel is a plus. **Work Arrangement:** * Hybrid: 3 days
