The role partners closely with logistics, supply chain, finance, and compliance teams to support business growth and operational excellence. **What a typical day looks like****:** * Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including trade documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with logistics service providers. * Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, export control requirements, and internal compliance policies. * Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and relevant government authorities. * Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact; provide risk mitigation recommendations. * Partner with logistics, procurement, finance, tax, and legal teams on trade-related topics. * Develop and maintain SOPs, shipping processes, and internal control frameworks. * Track and analyze import/export KPIs, including shipping lead time and freight costs. * Provide training and guidance on trade compliance and procedures. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s d
