What You'll Do.

Handle accounts cradle to grave

Maintain and develop positive account relationships

Compile and prepare commercial regulatory documents

Create Customs forms and obtain release

Coordinate and confirm release and delivery

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

Verify all charges due

Surrender docs and payment for release

Review documents and prioritize

Create entry/entry summary/Inbound

Submit required docs to customs

Assure documents in Mexico are prepared

Work with carrier to assure clearance

Prepare work orders to distribution

Prepare Bill of Ladings

Support operations where needed

Prepare post-entry documents

Prepare file for billing

Ensure customer profiles are updated

Secure necessary documents from shipper

Prepare documents for importation

Provide documents to government agencies

Coordinate with Mexican broker

Report any discrepancies

Assure entries filed timely with no errors

Scan pertinent documents of entry

Process entry summary after clearance

Provide information per customer contract

Track shipments/entries for clearance/delivery

Prepare work order with instructions

Prepare bill of lading for delivery

Invoice the entry after clearance

Make sure fees invoiced are applicable

Pass file to continue flow

Transmit accurate information to CBP

Fill orders and keep inventory

The accounts are handled cradle to grave, from customs clearance to invoicing each shipment. Maintain and develop a positive relationship with assigned accounts through pro-active communication and providing timely and accurate information. Compile and prepare commercial regulatory document(s) for entry processing. Help create Customs forms and obtain Customs release of shipments.
