What You'll Do.
Manage own portfolio of journals
Partner with Publishing teams to run journals in a ‘Production-ready’ way
Facilitate submit-to-accept workflows
Ensure compliance with policies
Contribute to the definition and maintenance of all GPO workflows and processes
Provide stakeholders with expertise on existing processes
Provide stakeholders with expertise on potential impact of new initiatives
How You'll Work.

Collaborate with Manager, Workflow Solutions; Collaborate with the rest of the Workflow Solutions team; Collaborate with the wider GPO team; Collaborate with GPO service providers; Collaborate with GPO’s Training Programmes and Quality Assurance teams; Foster a culture of openness, transparency and collaboration within the team and with our stakeholders
Communication Scope
Excellent written and verbal communication able to communicate with individuals at all levels and on a global scale.
Process & Methodology
Contributing to (sometimes interconnected) business projects., Excellent organisation skills to contribute to multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities., Proactive and able to lead projects alone as well as part of a large group., Formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2 desirable.
