### **Implementation Specialist (SaaS Onboarding, CRM/ERP Systems – Remote, U.S. Hours)** ### **About the Role** We’re hiring an **Implementation Specialist** to lead **client onboarding, system setup, and successful product adoption**. In this role, you’ll guide clients from post-sale to full implementation — configuring systems, delivering training, and ensuring a smooth go-live experience. If you’re strong in **SaaS onboarding, project management, and client communication** , this role gives you ownership of the entire implementation journey. ### **Responsibilities** ### **Client Onboarding & Kickoff** * Lead **client onboarding sessions** , introducing workflows, timelines, and expectations * Gather requirements and confirm implementation scope * Build strong client relationships from day one ### **System Configuration & Setup** * Configure **accounts, permissions, and integrations** (CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms, APIs) * Customize workflows, dashboards, and settings based on client needs * Test systems and troubleshoot issues before go-live ### **Training & Enablement** * Deliver **client training sessions** via Zoom or workshops * Create **user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs** * Ensure clients are confident using the platform ### **Project Management** * Manage implementation projects using **Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira** * Track milestones, dependencies, and deadlines * Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams ### **Cross-Team Collaboration** * Partner with **Sales** for smooth deal handoff * Work with **Customer Success** for post-implementation transition * Collaborate with **Product/Engineering** to resolve issues and share feedback ### **Process Improvement & Optimization** * Document implementation processes and best practices * Track onboarding performance (time-to-value, adoption rates) * Suggest improvements to workflows and playbooks ### **Requirements** * 2+ years of experience in **implementation, onboarding, or technical project
