Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, Implementation of web-based systems, Web-based Training or Classroom Training/Coaching experience, Knowledge of medical computerized billing and scheduling software systems, 2-3 years work experience in medical office, customer service, IT, or support desk, 1-2 years experience with EMR/EHR systems, EMR/EHR implementation experience, Excellent listening skills
