What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5+ years of Implementation experience, 2+ years of SaaS industry experience, Ownership, Project management, Organizational skills, Creativity, Curiosity, Solution-oriented focus, Self-starter, Ability to drive own productivity, Positive outlook, Hungry and enthusiastic approach in a complex, challenging, and open-ended environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language

What You'll Do.
Guide new customers through initial account configurations
Ensure proper setup of Canopy accounts
Provide world-class onboarding and training experiences
Deliver feature-specific training calls
Deliver screen shares
Deliver email communications
Achieve customer value from software
Track personal and customer goals and progress
Provide data-driven insights from implementation clients
Proactively reach out to users during implementation
Encourage software adoption
Provide comprehensive introduction to customer's assigned CSM
Facilitate hand-off post-implementation
Ensure client feels supported
Be a product & industry expert
Stay on top of product development
Stay on top of competition
Stay on top of industry benchmarks & happenings
Work with other teams within Canopy
Ensure data/file migration success
Provide on-the-fly technical troubleshooting
Provide basic configuration services
Thoroughly understand and document confirmation of use cases
Thoroughly understand and document firm demographics
Thoroughly understand and document pain points
Thoroughly understand and document opportunities
Project-manage action and advocacy items to completion
Share ideas for operational improvements
Use seasonal downtime to execute on initiatives
