What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, enterprise software, or life sciences technology., An AI-first and curious mindset, looking for areas to improve the business and internal workflows with AI and automation, Demonstrated ability to elicit and translate business requirements into effective system configurations., Hands-on experience configuring enterprise systems or SaaS applications., client-facing and communication skills, including the ability to lead discovery sessions., Proficiency with MS Office, documentation tools, and AI-assisted productivity platforms (e. g. , Claude, Copilot, or similar)., Comfort working with AI tools to augment analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate decision-making., Analytical mindset, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills., Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
Background in pharmaiotech solutions preferred (Medical Affairs, Medical Information, or related systems strongly preferred)., Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance workflows (medical inquiries, adverse event reporting, etc. ) preferred but not required
