Full Job Description
**About the Role: As an Implementation Consultant** * Lead customer discovery and technical scoping sessions for e‑invoicing requirements, including: * Business flows: B2B, B2G, B2C, AR, AP * Transaction types: domestic, export, import, intercompany, reverse charge * Document types: invoices, credit notes, debit notes, e‑reporting * Explain country-specific e‑invoicing and compliance flows to customers in clear business and technical terms. * Act as an application and solution specialist for the e‑invoicing platform, making configuration decisions aligned to requirements and best practices. * Lead integration planning discussions and recommend ERP-to-cloud connectivity approaches (e.g., SFTP, HTTPS, APIs) based on customer constraints and best practices. * Facilitate technical discussions on data formats and structure (e.g., XML, JSON, CSV, EDI), including: * Defining required data elements and mapping needs * Identifying data quality gaps and upstream dependencies * Aligning on transformation, validation, and enrichment requirements * Deliver end-to-end implementation workstreams across multiple parallel customer projects. * Review and validate technical deliverables produced by internal teams (e.g., mappings, interface specs, integration designs) to ensure they meet requirements and follow agreed integration patterns **About You:** * 4–5 years of experience in software implementation, integrations, and/or configuration in a B2B environment (e‑invoicing strongly preferred). * Working understanding of AR/AP processes and how they map to invoicing and compliance. * Solid understanding of O2C and P2P business processes and how these map to invoicing and compliance needs. * Working knowledge of integration technologies and patterns, including APIs, HTTPS, SFTP, web services, and middleware. * Familiarity with enterprise data formats and structures, including XML, JSON, CSV, and EDI. * Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical con
