IXL Learning, a developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support mid-size districts in California. At IXL Learning, professional learning is more than delivering training; it’s about partnering with educators to transform teaching and learning in their classrooms, schools, and districts. As an Implementation Specialist, you will support mid-size districts to ensure a successful IXL implementation. You’ll serve as a reliable partner and IXL expert, sharing practical strategies for using IXL to advance their district initiatives, delivering high-quality professional development, leading data reviews, and supporting strategic planning. Through your work, you’ll help districts move from adoption to consistent, effective use of IXL that drives student growth. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, instructional leader who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator and engaging presenter with experience in instructional coaching or school leadership, and is excited to travel to support districts throughout California. #LI-REMOTE This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in Northern California. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts #LI-SCFO Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation Travel regionally to support assigned districts, including facilitating in-person professional development and conducting quarterly visits —up to 60% possible travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps Part
