What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years laboratory experience, Foundational knowledge of ASTM-aligned lab testing, Foundational knowledge of instrument operation, Foundational knowledge of quality systems, Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Equivalent experience to degree
Nice to Have
Exposure to LIMS software, Familiarity with refinery products, Familiarity with blending operations, Basic working knowledge of SQL, Basic working knowledge of Excel data handling, Basic working knowledge of IT concepts, Experience writing SOPs, Experience writing work instructions, Experience writing technical documentation, Interest in process improvement, Interest in workflow optimization
