What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end installation and deployment projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed scope
and take corrective actions when needed.
Act as the main point of contact for customers during deployment.
Ensure customer site readiness and alignment on project plans and expectations.
Manage escalations and support a positive overall customer experience.
Secure customer acceptance and support transition to operational support teams.
Validate project scope and ensure alignment with contractual commitments.
Monitor delivery cost

Maintain clear project documentation and reporting.
Work closely with sales
