What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of solid experience in SaaS onboarding, professional services, customer success, or project management, project management skills, Experience working with APIs, integrations, and basic technical concepts, Travel Industry Experience, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, proactive, collaborative approach, Fluency in English
Nice to Have
preferably in a B2B or enterprise setting, German is a plus

Lead implementation projects for new enterprise clients
Manage the full onboarding lifecycle
and validate client requirements
Configure and tailor the product
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations
Support custom integrations
Support data migration
Support tailored configurations
Build and maintain implementation project plans
Build and maintain timelines
Build and maintain risk assessments
Serve as the primary contact for clients
Set client expectations
Provide regular client updates
Address client blockers
Collaborate with Account Managers
