What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, digital marketing, or agency roles, understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc. ) and influencer ecosystems, Good communication and coordination skills, High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to Have

Basic understanding of influencer costing, negotiations, and content formats is a plus

Support end-to-end execution of campaigns

Coordinate with internal teams

Track campaign deliverables

Identify and shortlist influencers

Reach out to creators

Coordinate onboarding

Ensure content meets brand guidelines

Manage content review cycles

Liaise with talent agencies

Support negotiations and documentation

Maintain trackers for campaigns

Monitor live campaign performance

Support reporting by collecting data

Assist in maintaining influencer databases

Ensure campaign documentation is followed

Support team in improving workflows

Provide regular updates to internal teams

Support client servicing teams

Ensure clear and timely communication

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, media); Liaise with talent agencies, managers, and celebrity representatives; Provide regular updates to internal teams on campaign status; Support client servicing teams with execution updates and reports; Ensure clear and timely communication across stakeholders

Good communication and coordination skills; Client & Internal Communication

Process & Methodology

Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and milestones, Maintain trackers for campaigns, creators, budgets, and timelines, Ensure all campaign documentation, contracts, and financial processes are followed
