WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR As an Implementation Manager focused on Accounting Partnerships at Puzzle, you’ll own the end-to-end implementation experience for accounting firms and their clients. You’ll take customers from signed contract through a successful go-live, ensuring their financial workflows, data, and team are fully set up. This is a fully execution-focused role. You’ll manage the entire implementation lifecycle — kickoff, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live — while serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout. Our firm partners are sophisticated; they expect someone who can speak fluently about accounting workflows from day one, not someone learning on the job. This is a great opportunity for someone who comes from an accounting or finance background and is excited to bring that expertise into a customer-facing, implementation-driven role at a fast-growing fintech startup. We’re open to hiring across a range of experience levels for this role — from strong mid-level candidates to seasoned Senior Implementation Managers.
