As an Implementation Manager at OneImaging, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding and implementation of our customers. You’ll be the primary point of contact during the implementation process, responsible for guiding customers through onboarding, managing complex data feed integrations, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and ensuring a successful launch. This role combines project management, stakeholder engagement, and strong operational execution to deliver a seamless customer onboarding experience. What you'll do: Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for new customers, including kickoff meetings, project planning, timeline management, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live coordination. Manage customer-specific data feeds and integrations, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange between systems while partnering closely with internal technical teams and external customer stakeholders.
