What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding role using proven implementation or project management methodologies, Proven understanding of best practices in project lifecycle methodology and project management principles, Project Management tool/software experience, Excellent business writing and communication skills, Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
PMP preferred but not required
What You'll Do.
Lead multiple implementations
Provide subject matter expertise
Orchestrate prioritizing and discovery sessions
Manage client and internal stakeholder expectations
Provide timely status reporting
Build order templates
and presentation materials
Coordinate task request submissions
Provide implementation system configuration
Facilitate client demos and training
Ensure client-facing documents are provided
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as an internal advocate for client needs; Translates client requirements and program characteristics to internal partners; Supervising on action items from other departments
Communication Scope
Excellent business writing and communication skills
Process & Methodology
Develop and implement a project plan, Proven understanding of best practices in project lifecycle methodology and project management principles
