What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding role using proven implementation or project management methodologies, Proven understanding of best practices in project lifecycle methodology and project management principles, Project Management tool/software experience, Excellent business writing and communication skills, Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
PMP preferred but not required
What You'll Do.
Lead multiple implementations
Provide subject matter expertise
Orchestrate prioritizing and discovery sessions
Manages client and internal stakeholder expectations
Provides timely status reporting
Builds order templates
and presentation materials
Coordinates task request submissions
Provides implementation system configuration
Facilitates client demos and training
Ensures all client-facing documents provided

Act as an internal advocate for client needs; Translates client requirements to internal partners; Supervising on action items from other departments; Fueling the power of internal departments

Excellent business writing and communication skills; Clear messaging
Process & Methodology
Develop and implement a project plan, Proven implementation or project management methodologies, Project management principles, Project lifecycle methodology
