What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Relevant degree/qualification or equivalent experience, 4+ years of experience implementing Student Billing & Accounting software, including data experience with SaaS a plus, Skilled user of technology, comfortable learning and using the many types of systems that support a technical workspace, Excellent written and oral communication skills, including comfort with public speaking, presentation delivery, etc., Ability to make complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction and using a high degree of initiative and independent judgement, Ability to learn complex, enterprise level software systems at a level that supports teaching others, Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, Problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis, Highly organised with the ability to self manage in a remote and/or hybrid work environment

Nice to Have

Accounting degree, coursework, or relevant experience in a Business Office setting, Experience in leading Veracross Full Accounting Implementations, or similar SaaS accounting implementation experience preferred, Experience as part of an independent school business office running a SaaS accounting platform a plus

What You'll Do.

Lead the successful implementation of Veracross Accounting & Student Billing Modules

Deliver Accounting & Student Billing platform consulting and organizational change management

and revise setup options

Orchestrate successful Business Office change management

Create documented models to support Business Office operations

Develop Business Office implementation project plans

Develop and orchestrate tailored Accounting & Student Billing support handoffs

Mentor clients in their chart of accounts design

Coach Implementation Managers

Write and update internal documentation

Lead direct training engagements

Develop and maintain Student Billing & Accounting module product feedback

Achieve consultation success on time

Participate with Marketing and Sales in Independent School Business Office conferences

Cross-functional coordination with Veracross Lead Project Manager; Collaboration with clients; Collaboration with Marketing and Sales

Communication Scope

Excellent written and oral communication skills; Comfort with public speaking; Presentation delivery
