About the Role Tabs is hiring an experienced Implementation Manager – Accounting Solutions to support signed customers with implementation and onboarding until full go-live. You’ll be a crucial member of the Implementation Team at Tabs and directly involved in building out the department. This role is critical to our customers’ success, as your work sets the foundation for long-term value. You’ll guide customers through system integrations, align Tabs to their existing financial workflows, and ensure adoption of our platform across Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams. You’ll work cross-functionally with GTM, Customer Success, and Operations, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to help shape the product roadmap based on customer needs. What You’ll Do - Be a Subject Matter Expert in accounting systems: Partner with customers and internal teams to navigate complex accounting requirements and ensure seamless ERP and finance integrations. - Lead implementations from start to finish: Learn each customer’s tech stack, map current business processes to Tabs’ product offering, and guide them through integrations with ERPs, CRMs, Tax, Paymen
