Must Have
10+ years of experience in program or technical project management, Proven history of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects, Analytical skills, Communication skills, Influencing skills, Managing competing priorities, Proficient in various project management methodologies, Proficient in presentation, documentation and spreadsheet software, Built, led, and performance-managed teams, Ability to transform a group of individuals into a cohesive unit that can consistently deliver high-impact programs
Nice to Have
Experience in leading a platform consolidation or similar major technology program, Deep understanding of financial crime technology, payments, and financial systems, Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and risk management practices for financial services, Experience working in combinations of KYC, AML, Sanctions, or related topics, Background working in large-scale user-facing products, or high volume business products, Bachelor's or a post-graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related field

Lead on implementations of highly technical products across our Servicing department
Orchestrate critical programs covering onboarding (KYC)
and other regulatory obligations
Deliver on mission at scale
Lead strategic initiatives that enable a faster
and more transparent financial system
Set the charter for a portfolio of programs
High-level planning and tactical execution of complex
high-risk initiatives
ensuring projects are consistent
Lead all aspects of project planning
from scheduling to resource coordination
Monitor and report on program performance
and risks to senior leadership
Identify potential issues and dependencies before they become problems
Implement controls and work with teams to resolve challenges
Look for ways to make things better through automation
