We're looking for an Implementation Lead to drive and scale complex, high-impact partnerships across the Wise Platform in EMEA. You’ll lead the EMEA regional implementation team, setting the standard for seamless delivery of payment solutions while coaching and enabling others to reach ambitious growth goals. This role is critical to our mission of launching fast, scalable, and world-class integrations. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding our products and partnerships in the region, working with some of our most complex partners. With a strong focus on revenue impact, solution quality, and long-term growth, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to manage both technical and strategic implementations, shape scalable delivery models, and ensure operational excellence. What You’ll Do * Create a regional implementation strategy that aligns to our regional business goals and support its execution and evolution. * Own all facets of implementation in EMEA, responsible for the team hitting KPIs and helping drive to business outcomes * Coach and develop the team to deliver multiple complex integrations across products and large-scale partners. * Own all facets of project management in region, including identifying & mitigating risks and plan, prioritize, and manage competing project timelines with precision and foresight. * Own implementation decisions and trade-offs, ensuring alignment across all impacted stakeholder
