Serve as lead implementation resource
Provide project management of product implementation
Coordinate involvement of Implementation Project Managers
Support Sales Specialists with pre-close activities
Restructure internal processes to facilitate patient care
Make educational presentations to physicians and nurses
Develop strategies for superior customer support
Develop execution of practices and programs
Maximize cartridge utilization
Understand key customer needs
Articulate benefits of POCT
Maintain consistent momentum with multiple products
Demonstrate thorough understanding of key product attributes
Cultivate relationships with customers
Manage within specified budget
