Full Job Description

**In short:** we’re looking to connect with Implementation Engineers (hybrid or remote) who are passionate about making healthcare better and excited by solving technical problems, advising customers, and influencing product direction alongside our R&D team. They own the technical delivery of the product, ensuring that new sites and features are integrated seamlessly into the client's clinical environment. They solve complex integrations and customize the platform to meet specific site requirements. This role combines project leadership, technical problem solving, and customer advocacy to ensure successful implementations, scalable solutions, and continuous product optimization. We’re looking for those who enjoy owning projects from implementation through training (or execution), proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, and building repeatable processes that scale with our growing customer base.
