Configure system based on requirements
Train clients on new site and processes
Refine implementation process efficiency
Work with offshore team

Act as a coach and mentor; Work with the Implementation Leader; Lead the team with other bswift resources; Work with offshore team
Communication Scope
Good written/verbal communication skills; Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical; Ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
Process & Methodology
Manage Implementation kick-off meetings, Manage timelines, Anticipate possible issues, Communicate turnaround times, Mitigate project risks
