What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years MSP or RPO experience, 1-3 years VMS or ATS experience, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, Thorough understanding of Contingent Workforce Management process, Experience in process improvement or business process re-engineering, Experience in process mapping and business process modeling, Demonstrated ability to sift through ambiguity, Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, Experience working with cross-functional teams, Advanced in leading client discussions, Demonstrated competency in self-discipline, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Advanced ability to maintain very detailed documentation, Intermediate knowledge of AGS VMS partner platforms, Expert with Microsoft Office Suite, Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Project
Nice to Have
2+ years implementation or project experience, Business Process Modelling certification, Advanced knowledge on at least one AGS VMS platform
What You'll Do.
Implement MSP and RPO operational services
Support SaaS vendor system implementation
Lead requirements gathering sessions
Design future state process maps
Test system configuration
Perform hands-on configuration
Act as project Change Management Expert
Develop Change Strategy Plan
Draft change documents
Lead program adoption efforts
Liaise with all project teams
Ensure proposed solution benefits MSP solution
Lead enterprise analysis sessions
Define future state business processes
Design future state business processes
Apply business process efficiencies via technology
Consult on market and technical trends
Recommend best practices
Partner with functional and technical SMEs
Develop alternative technical or business advises
costs versus benefits
Advise on impact on other business processes
Ensure configuration accuracy
Coordinate Client User Testing
Define client-specific strategies
Consult on best practice
Formulate actionable plans
Deploy change management efforts
Draft process documentation
Own process documentation
Draft training materials
