What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience implementing EAM / CMMS solutions (Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, IFS, HxGN EAM, or similar), Understand maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts, Communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders, Fluent in English and comfortable working internationally, Take ownership, act proactively, and genuinely care about customer success, Legally allowed to work in the UK, NL, DE or BE, that is the country you are also located in whilst applying for this role, Happy to travel to client sites when necessary (this is 20/30%)
