Full Job Description
Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE provides tax software solutions for multinational corporations and accounting professionals. ONESOURCE Solutions Cover a broad range of tax needs, including direct tax compliance and reporting, indirect tax determination and compliance, tax planning, and workflow management. **About the Role:** **In this opportunity as an Implementation Consultant, you will:** * Apply technical expertise and best practices to ensure successful client implementation of ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting software. * Deliver training in classroom and virtual environments (e.g. WebEx). * Lead larger client engagements and provide guidance to more junior Professional Services consultants. * Support technical issues escalated by the internal Support Desk. * Manage larger client implementations, ensuring time is logged accurately and budget overruns are identified and flagged promptly. * Contribute to the ongoing development of the Professional Services practice. * Lead or support the delivery of small to large global implementation projects, from kick-off through to go-live. * Deliver client workshops and training sessions, including on-site sessions where required. * Support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. * Ensure successful knowledge transfer through effective training and sharing of best practices. * Ensure all training time is billed and charged to the correct training code in a timely manner. * Work collaboratively with project teams to deliver successful client outcomes. * Assist development teams with product testing as required. * Contribute to product improvement by supporting the design, formulation, and execution of test strategies and test cases. * Collaborate with other global ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting Professional Services teams. * Work as part of a project team to deliver client engagements under the guidance of the Project Office or Client Services Manager. * Partner with development teams to support testing and continuous product
