You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments. **How You Will Make an Impact** * Ensuring clients are engaged and satisfied by managing complex projects involving multiple teams with the goal of being successfully onboarding to our Black Diamond Wealth Platform * Working collaboratively across Black Diamond’s Onboarding Teams * Spending time getting to know client’s business model and individual system needs and developing client workflows based on those needs * Configuring our purposeful suite of tools to allow financial advisors to manage their client’s complete wealth picture * Designing and delivering training to clients on our comprehensive Wealth Platform * Efficiently man
