Must Have
2+ years of experience in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role, 2+ years experience supporting or working with technical products, Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience, Project management skills, Solutions-oriented with problem-solving & project management skills, Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations, Experience managing >20 implementations/projects at a time, Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, German fluency
Nice to Have
Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred, Project management skills with ability to follow methodologies, Bias for action, Ability to think big, Insistence on high standards, Change management delivery experience, Experience using AI or automation into CS workflows to drive measurable productivity improvements, French fluency is a bonus, Dutch fluency is a bonus

About the role: Our Implementation Consultants start the customers journey after signature working with our top customers. They own the customer relationship and are responsible for a successful deployment of Samsara’s solution. You understand the value they are trying to achieve and work with them to define and deliver a project plan to achieve this. Your role will be cross-functional in nature, working alongside and connecting Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product, enabling you to experience multiple aspects of a hyper-growth company from within. Will require travel to customer sites for up to 30% of the time, which may include overnight stays.
