What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years experience in Implementation consultant, Customer Success, account management, or consulting role, SaaS experience, Bilingual (Spanish and English) spoken and written language skills, Experience supporting or working with technical products, Excellent consultative skills, Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution, Candidate must be based in Mexico
Nice to Have
Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS, Experience working with different countries of the LATAM regions, Experience working in Tech Touch Engagements, Experience using Customer Success Platforms
