### **Job Title: Implementation Consultant** **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** U.S. client business hours (with flexibility for implementation deadlines, go-live support, and client training sessions) ### **About the Role** Our client is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead clients through successful software implementation projects from kickoff through post-launch support. This role combines project coordination, business process analysis, system configuration, user training, and client relationship management to ensure seamless adoption of software solutions. The ideal candidate is both technically capable and highly client-facing — someone who can translate business requirements into system configurations while guiding stakeholders through change management and deployment processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring clients maximize the value of the platform through efficient onboarding, successful integrations, and long-term adoption support. ### **Responsibilities** ### **Client Implementation & Project Management** • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support • Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple client accounts • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution • Provide regular progress updates and implementation status reports to clients and leadership ### **Requirements Gathering & Solution Design** • Conduct discovery and requirements gathering sessions with clients • Analyze client workflows, operational needs, and business processes • Translate business requirements into scalable software configurations and implementation plans • Recommend best practices and workflow improvements aligned with platform capabilities ### **System Configuration & Setup** • Configure software platforms based on client specifications and operational requirements • Support system customization and feature set
