In-depth expertise in Allocations and Homelessness processes using Housing Management Software, Experience implementing Housing Management Systems or modules, Proven ability to deliver high-quality training and consultancy, Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, Ability to manage multiple projects
Nice to Have
Experience creating, configuring, and implementing wider NEC Housing system modules, Familiarity with adult learning principles, Familiarity with training delivery best practices
What You'll Do.
Offer expert guidance in implementing NEC Housing system
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions
Provide excellent advice and best practice
Ensure consultancy and training activities achieve positive customer
Create and maintain training courses
Create solution design manuals
Collaborate with customers via Teams
Adapt delivery styles to suit different audiences
Stay up-to-date with latest developments in Social Housing
Incorporate developments into training and consultancy
