You’ll play a key role in the pre-sales process supporting AEs and demos, the onboarding and implementation process, and driving continuous customer value. This is an opportunity to join a a high-impact, customer-obsessed solutions team tackling procurement challenges head-on and play a critical role in our customer's success. What You’ll Do - Build deep, lasting relationships with our existing and future customers - Advise and support the implementation of Levelpath to our customers - Help plan, build, optimize, and scale our processes, assets, and systems (Zendesk & Salesforce) for serving enterprise accounts - Develop best practice guides and product documentation to share
