Must Have

Nice to Have
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or comparable, Understanding how data flows between systems in a tech stack, Experience in growth marketing operations, marketing automation, & email/SMS/mobile marketing
What You'll Do.
Lead customers through successful implementations of the Iterable platform
Build relationships with key stakeholders by learning and solving their challenges
Manage internal resources
and third parties as needed
Build customer-facing artifacts like presentations
MarTech architecture diagrams
configuration outlines
and long-term success plans
Advocate internally for your customers’ product needs
Effectively manage and complete on-time multiple projects simultaneously
Support the Sales team with pre-sale scoping
and presenting our process
Keep your project plans and meeting notes organized and up to date in our system of record
Engage in team meetings & discussions in order to share successes
Contribute to innovations in our processes
and service offerings
Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives to support the achievement of our OKRs
Travel to onsites in order to gain valuable face-time with key customers
