What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in business, computer science, finance and/or related fields, 5+ years Mortgage Servicing is with experience in loan boarding, account services, escrow, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, investor reporting, customer services, or servicing compliance oversight, 5+ years of software industry experience, 3+ years of hands-on business analyst, development, project management, or testing experience, Knowledge of mortgage servicing regulatory climates and its impacts on the lending process, Experience creating business designs, test plans, testing scripts, and system requirements, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Experience working with content management systems, Experience working with on and offshore teams, Experience with the entire PDLC process, Experience with Claims or Invoice solutions and processes, Experience with loan data and servicing conversions, Experience with APIs and system integrations

Nice to Have

experience working with a large enterprise solution desired, Experience with the entire PDLC process

What You'll Do.

Implement a modern loan servicing platform

Ensure successful customer implementation

and implement new business features

Create product documentation

Create internal and external training documentation

Conduct discovery sessions with clients

Document functional and non-functional requirements

Translate business requirements into SaaS solution capabilities

Collaborate with product and implementation teams

Serve as liaison between customer and internal teams

Provide regular updates

Facilitate decision-making

Analyze current customer workflows

Recommend process improvements

Assist in creating user guides

Support onboarding and training sessions

Validate system configurations

Coordinate UAT execution

Help customers adapt to new workflows

Identify and mitigate adoption risks

Ensure all implementation tasks are completed

Support cutover planning

Triage and resolve post-launch issues

Coordinate with support and engineering teams

Maintain accurate records

Ensure knowledge transfer
