What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3–5 years of experience in fundraising, non-profit partnerships, corporate social responsibility programs or cause-marketing campaigns, Proven track record of meeting fundraising targets through diverse channels, Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, deadlines and changing priorities, Solid understanding of the non-profit development landscape, Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, Ability to take raw impact data and translate it into key storytelling and emotional impact

Nice to Have

Degree in International Development, Sustainability, Business Administration, or Communications, Experience with GoFundMe, Experience with project management tools (ClickUp), Familiarity with global reporting frameworks like the Glasgow Declaration or the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

What You'll Do.

Execute 'Raise the World' programs

Lead fundraising campaign lifecycle

Track fundraising results against goals

Coordinate annual impact report production

Ensure Planeterra messaging accuracy

Create reports demonstrating fund utilization

Administer GoFundMe and internal dashboards

Support employees with fundraising pages

Pull regular progress reports

Provide technical support to team members

Support annual target setting

Forecast fundraising dollars

Track funds in alignment with Planeterra

Act as daily point of contact

Coordinate internal initiatives for staff participation

Provide CEOs with training and content

Monitor CSR regulations and trends

Maintain library of resources

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with Marketing and Product teams; Work with Internal Comms team; Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Learning teams

Communication Scope

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; Persuasively present ideas

Process & Methodology

Campaign Coordination & Execution, Program Coordination, Project management tools
