Ability to secure and maintain a U. S. DOE Q-level security clearance, U. S. citizenship, Flexible term position dependent on project funding, Pre-Employment Drug Test, Restrictions with the use and/or possession of mobile devices in Limited Areas

Must Have

Ability to secure and maintain a U. S. DOE Q-level security clearance, U. S. citizenship, PhD in Immunology, molecular biology, infectious disease, or a relevant field, Significant experience designing, implementing and validating NGS workflows for applications in understanding immune responses in vivo, Working knowledge of multi-color flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry assays, Significant experience troubleshooting complex molecular workflows and implementing quality control strategies, Experience working with rodent animal models, including handling and drug or vaccine administration, Ability to work with a high level of independence as demonstrated through publication of peer-reviewed literature, Significant experience designing and executing independent research studies, Advanced verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills necessary to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment, present technical information and provide technical guidance

Nice to Have

Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing multi-color flow cytometry and cell sorting experiments, Experience with 3D ex vivo cultures and/or organoids, Working knowledge of applications for accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS)
