BAS degree or equivalent experience, 10 years progressive experience in Talent Mobility, Deep expertise in U.S. and global immigration, Demonstrated experience managing supplier and vendor relationships, Advanced knowledge of U.S. immigration lifecycle, Knowledge of global immigration frameworks, Experience leveraging AI, automation, and analytics tools, Familiarity with immigration/mobility case management platforms, Familiarity with HRIS systems, Familiarity with ticketing systems, Skills in handling complex and ambiguous cases, Data analysis and reporting, Ability to manage competing priorities, Proven ability to manage projects

What you’ll do A high-performing Talent Mobility and Immigration program is critical to Stripe's growth and ability to hire and retain talent worldwide. S. and global immigration who can strategically manage supplier relationships, deliver exceptional employee experiences, and scale programs in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring deep expertise in U. S. immigration (visa sponsorship, green card processes, compliance, audits) as well as global immigration (work permits, business visas, in-country compliance, and cross-border transfers). You will also leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to innovate, optimize processes, and enhance the overall employee experience.
