Must Have
IMMEX program compliance, import/export operations, inventory control, fixed asset management, accuracy and compliance of correct filling of Pedimentos consolidados, programs used (R8, Prosec, TMEC), Maintain up-to-date records of all materials and assets imported under IMMEX, reconciliation with physical inventory and asset registers, Coordinate with customs brokers, and government agencies, Monitor regulatory changes affecting IMMEX, Lead internal audits, prepare for external inspections by customs and regulatory authorities, Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with IMMEX and Mexican customs regulations, Oversee Fixed Asset and Inventory Analysts, Prepare and submit required reports to SAT and Secretaría de Economía, Support and communication to plant staff on IMMEX-related processes and compliance requirements
