What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, Experience in logistics and/or export operations, Eligible to work legally in Poland
Nice to Have
Fluent in any additional language, Knowledge of SAP R/3
What You'll Do.
Coordinate export air and/or ocean shipments
Track shipment progress on a daily basis
Update all relevant parties regarding shipment dates
Inform customers of shipment issues when necessary
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely shipment processing
Prepare export documentation according to import/export regulations
Issue compliant shipping documentation on time
Arrange product inspections and relabeling activities
Handle shipment-related issues and exceptions
Enter shipment information accurately into SAP
Log customer complaints related to export activities
