Must Have
Medical peer review or healthcare industry knowledge required
Nice to Have
An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
What You'll Do.
Assign QA staff to files
Supervise staff and manage File Review Board
Provide board review details to managers
Assist in identifying & correcting staff performance
Assist in hiring qualified candidates
Ensure QA staff adhere to job duties
Follow up with Physicians for outstanding reports
Review reports for accuracy
Deliver completed reports
Follow client-specific instructions
Participate in issue resolution
Follow up with physicians for clarification
Client outreach for status updates
Ensure referrals meet client-directed Turn Around Time
Ensure correct Doctor Payment amount
Ensure correct Client Invoice amount
Review reports with medical records
Assist management with intake completion
Act as liaison between reviewer
Assist in communications with requester
Perform other duties & special projects
