Technical depth across Java, React, React Native, and AWS, 16+ years of technical leadership, Experience with account management, Experience with third party contractual agreements, Experience with client management, Experience with pre-sales, Experience with client reporting, Experience with up-selling, Comfortable chairing meetings, Comfortable conducting reports, Comfortable providing technical sales support, Comfortable keeping budgets in check, Comfortable helping delivery teams, Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, Knowledge of continuous integration, Knowledge of pairing, Knowledge of infrastructure automation, Consulting experience, Stakeholder management experience, Team management experience, Closely working with C-level executives, Natural ability to establish and nurture relationships with senior leaders, Excellent context-switching capabilities, Ability to lead, organize and deliver commitments on time and within budget, Resilient in ambiguous situations, Adapt role to approach challenges from multiple perspectives, Take on risks and skillfully manage them, Empathetic, Use empathy to build solid working relationships, Use empathy to resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully
