You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities and attention to detail and work with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for patients. **_Responsibilities_** * Greets and assists patients, families, and healthcare providers in person and over the phone handling sensitive information with discretion and adherence with confidentiality standards. * Confirms and or updates imaging appointments and provides information regarding imaging procedures to ensure optimal utilization of imaging resources. May schedule or register patients, location specific * Obtains prior imaging and reports * Liaises with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth imaging services * May assist technologists in moving patients from carts and wheelchairs to x-ray tables, transports patient’s intra-facility * May assist technologists during procedures, assisting in the positioning of a patient, cleaning room, stocking of supplies * Assists technologists in researching questions/concerns from physicians’ offices, reviewing relevant information and documents * Provides administrative support such as data entry and managing correspondence ** _Requirements_** * H
