Add relevant tasks into RIS
Verify existing patient insurance
Load existing patient insurance
Communicate insurance changes
Check appointment template information
Notify if insurance needs verified
Notify if demographic information needs updated
Assign to new patients
Notify clinics if information is missing
Notify if information is incomplete
Notify if information doesn't match
Obtain Medicare effective dates
Assist with insurance questions
Notify patient of coordination of benefits
Ensure claim processing
Document insurance issues
Make insurance changes
Communicate insurance changes
Coordinate information
Communicate requested information
