If so, let's start the conversation. ## What You’ll Do In this role, you will: * Lead the full production cycle by performing inbounding, job setup, and high-volume scanning to deliver high-quality digital outputs. * Collaborate with IT and internal teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and manage project workflows to ensure timely outcomes for our clients. * Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Document Management System (DMS) guidelines to maintain data integrity and security. ## What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: * **1 to 2 years** of experience in imaging production or a related document management field. * **Strong knowledge** of imaging technology, quality measurement techniques, and document staging processes. * **Proven ability** in managing project workflows, meeting SLAs, and professional communication with both coworkers and management. ## What We Offer * **Shift** : 2nd Shift (2:30pm - 11pm); must be willing to work overtime as needed. * **Location** : 4117 Pinnacle Point Drive. * **Competitive compensation** and benefits aligned with your experience. *
