Full Job Description
The IMACC Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the team by gaining proficiency in key systems, performing basic certificate of insurance reviews, reporting compliance to agents and clients, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. This position offers foundational exposure to client review processes and systems, providing an excellent opportunity for professional development. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to: Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates. Client Reviews: Execute basic certificate reviews with low complexity, such as non-broad form General Liability (GL) endorsements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. System Understanding: Gains proficiency in key systems, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, TrustLayer, and myCOI. Utilizes these systems to support daily tasks and client review processes. Time Management: Develop effective time management skills to meet deadlines and efficiently prioritize tasks, maintaining a strong focus on quality and timely completion. Task Execution: Consistently complete all assigned tasks with a focus on meeting departmental turnaround times and quality standards. Remote Work: Performs the essential functions of the role within an IMA office environment 0-50% of the time. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: include but are not limited to: Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel) and ability to quickly learn internal systems (TrustLayer, myCOI). Understanding of Business Policies: Basic knowledge of General Liability, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, and other business-related insurance policies preferred.
