What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of related experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry, Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, Intermediate knowledge of investor/insurer guidelines, Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products, Advanced speaking and writing communication skills, Knowledge of ICE Mortgage Technology/ Encompass
What You'll Do.
Perform daily in-line quality assurance reviews
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with company credit guidelines
Ensure compliance with company operational guidelines
Analyze data and assist with recommendations
Keep abreast of company policies
Keep abreast of federal regulatory changes
Keep abreast of state regulatory changes
Ensure data integrity in loan origination system
Identify suspected fraudulent activity
Escalate unresolved issues to management
Offer solutions based on experience
