Must Have
Current student in good standing at Hopkins County Career and Technology Center, Enrolled in Automotive Technology, Engineering and Technology Education, Industrial Maintenance, or Business program, 18 years of age or older, Reliable transportation to and from work, Compliance with Hopkins County Career and Technology Center Cooperative Education Guidelines and Agreement, Basic math skills, Ability to stand/walk for 3.75+ hours of a 4-hour shift, Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. with a minimal frequency of 20 times per hour, Ability to reach and lift 35 lbs. to shoulder height
What You'll Do.
Wear proper safety equipment
Monitor and ensure product quality
Complete corresponding documentation for each order
Review work order routing notes
Communicate with co-workers on quality issues
Maintain work area to meet 5-S expectations
Notify Lead person of quality concerns
Remove rolled material from extruder unwind
Pack finished product
Place completed boxes on skids
Fill/load machines with WIP
Stock and clean supply area
Assist lead person and other inspector operators
Maintain and enforce safety requirements
Start and stop equipment
Perform other duties as required
