Must Have
functional expertise in IFS Cloud [Ideally] or IFS Applications (Apps 8–10) with a focus on HCM modules, Proven experience in People system implementation or support, Solid understanding of global People processes (employee lifecycle, time & attendance, performance, competence, etc.), Ability to run workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into system solutions, Experience with data migration, testing cycles, and go‑live support
Nice to Have
Experience with integrations (e.g. payroll, identity management, external time systems, other HR technology), Knowledge of IFS Lobbies and reporting tools, Understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), Consulting or multi‑industry experience

Develop functional specifications for customisations
Provide expert guidance on best practice People processes within IFS
Act as the primary functional point of contact for HCM-related queries
Lead end-to-end implementation activities
Ensure successful deployment
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations
Provide continuous post-go-live functional and technical support of the HCM module
Support People teams with data structures
